Shah spent the first part of his career as a software architect at HP. He brought that engineering mind into real estate, and over 15 years he has helped buyers and sellers across the Lower Mainland, earning the Medallion Club of Greater Vancouver REALTORS in 2017, 2018 and 2020.

Today Shah builds and runs his own AI tools so his clients get answers faster and decide with real data. The 2 week AI Price Test: before a home is listed, we test how the real market responds for two weeks, so the seller decides with a real number, not a guess, and never has to cut the price of a stale listing. A 24/7 AI assistant on WhatsApp replies in Farsi or English at any hour and books a call with Shah. AI assisted market research and follow up mean nothing a client asks is ever missed.
