Why the first decision matters most

Who I am
I am Shah Moghaddam, a REALTOR with Evergreen West Realty in Coquitlam, with over 15 years in BC real estate. I was a Medallion Club member in 2017, 2018 and 2020. Before real estate I was a software architect at HP, so when AI tools became good enough, I built and started running my own for my clients. I work in Farsi and English.

Before your home is listed, we test how the real market responds for two weeks. You then decide with a real number instead of a guess, and your listing history stays clean. If the response tells us something, we adjust before the public ever sees a price change.
